Intro

Do you have a laptop, with Windows Vista? Are you tired of always having to look in the System Tray area of the taskbar to see how full your battery is? Then BattCursor is your solution!

What is always visible? Your mouse cursor! Why not show the battery power directly below it? That's what BattCursor does! It shows the remaining battery charge in percent directly below your standard mouse cursor where it is almost always visible.

And heaps of user definable values, for example the level of opacity and your choice of colors for different battery levels for example yellow for low and red for critical, because what is more visible than your cursor.

In addition to these main functions offered by BattCursor now has many other functions. These other functions help the battery runtime to increase. Including dimming down the display brightness if the computer is inactive. And automatically disabling the Windows Sidebar and Aero glass.

Furthermore BattCursor offers the option of an OSD for changes to the display brightness and system volume, and thus it can replace some OEM software completely.

System requirements

• Windows Vista (32 or 64 Bit), Windows 7 (32 or 64 Bit), or newer
  Windows 7 compatiblity verified since Windows 7 RC1
  NOT compatible to previous versions of Windows, like Windows XP, 2000, ...
• Laptop with battery (pretty useless without it, or not? ;))
• Microsoft .Net Framework 2.0 (pre-installed on Windows Vista and Windows 7)
